I’m running
Congress lately? I’m just the man for the job.
It’s time to go ahead and make it official: I am running for the United States House of Representatives to represent North Carolina’s 13th Congressional district.
This is something my husband and I have been thinking about for years, but only seriously within the last year since the spring when I met the late great Tony Whitlow. It’s time to test the limits of the grotesque gerrymandering at work in this state and punish the GOP for indulging in it.
Ordinarily, I’d carry on a fair amount right here on the weblog, but I’ve already done that on the campaign website. Why not check it out? Every page is designed, written and implemented by yours truly and contains a wealth of information showing you my priorities, my values, and how I think about the problems facing all of us today.
In the mean time, consider subscribing as well. All of my posts regarding current events for the campaign—which is now my full-time job—will show up here first and foremost.
